Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor/Outside Sales Professional to drive new business in residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical services. You will work with service technicians to present the best options for customers’ homes, closing deals and building a loyal client base.

Qualifications

• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Proficient with PC and adept at using technology sales tools to streamline processes.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new, current, and previous customers with home comfort solutions.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to present options and save on utilities.
• Perform follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with service technicians to recommend equipment and services.
