Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join our residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical team. You will close deals, engage new and existing customers, and present the best equipment and service options for homes.

No prior HVAC experience is required; we offer comprehensive training, a strong earning potential (over $100K first year), flexible schedules, weekly pay, and growth opportunities within a supportive company.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficient with PC and technology sales tools.
• Willing to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Minimum of 3 years of B2C sales experience (not required industry).
• Strong drive to sell and solve customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new, current, and previous customers to provide home comfort solutions.
• Explain options to save money on utilities and improve air quality in homes.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Collaborate with service technicians to present equipment options.
• Additional duties as assigned.
