Institute on Aging in Campbell, CA is seeking a Staffing Manager to oversee scheduling and coordination of Home Care Aides (HCAs) in partnership with JFS SV. You will ensure timely, quality home care delivery and maintain schedules with care managers and HCAs.

The role emphasizes customer service, data management, payroll support, compliance with licensing and onboarding of HCAs, and on-call coverage after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of private duty home care coordination experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• One year of staffing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and written/spoken communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, HCAs, and internal teams.
• Organize cases and schedule reliable HCAs based on location, skills, and needs.
• Update client and HCA schedules for cancellations, additions, and changes in the system.
• Assist with payroll verification and reconciliation related to scheduling.
• Support onboarding, compliance, and orientation of HCAs; participate in meetings as needed.
