Arcadia Home Care & Staffing in San Rafael, CA, is hiring a Service Coordinator to schedule caregivers, supervise in-home staff, and ensure care plans stay on track across a defined geographic area. You will act as the primary problem solver, coordinating client updates, staff assignments, and timely escalations to keep services running smoothly.

The full-time role includes an on-call rotation every other weekend, pay between $25 and $30 per hour, and benefits such as medical, dental and vision,

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages caregiver work schedules in the scheduling system.
• Adds/adjusts client schedules due to requests, illness, vacation, or leave.
• Contacts care providers and clients to provide service updates.
• Conducts monthly client wellness calls and home visits as required.
• Supervises direct service staff and enforces company policies.
• Ensures branch is professional and organized.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs data entry and reporting tasks.
• Supports staff and assists visitors as needed.
