CareSense is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support our local Montgomeryville branch. You will match caregivers to clients, schedule home care, and use our system to monitor on-time arrivals and care logs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in related work, strong phone and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently with peers. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and part/full-time options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with nurses, physicians, case managers and patients.
• Self-directed with collaboration abilities.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Match caregivers to clients based on scheduling needs and availability.
• Schedule home care visits and address scheduling issues.
• Staff clients accurately by location, time, and needs.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, case managers and office staff.
• Use the web-based care management system to monitor on-time arrivals and update records.
• Conduct in-home assessment visits and calls as required.
• Complete incident reporting as necessary.
• Obtain documentation from healthcare providers when needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal rules.
