Job summary

CareSense is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our local branch. You will independently coordinate caregiver placement, schedule home care visits, and solve scheduling challenges while maintaining high patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include matching caregivers to clients, monitoring care logs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, with a background in healthcare staffing preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Match caregivers to clients based on personality, skill, and availability.
• Schedule caregivers for home care and solve scheduling issues.
• Staff clients accurately by location, time, skills, and requests.
• Organize caregiver and client issues including time off and changes.
• Use web-based care management system to monitor on-time arrival and logs.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, case managers and staff.
• Perform in-home assessments and calls as required.
• Complete incident reporting as necessary.
• Contact healthcare providers for documentation as needed.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal rules.
• On-call responsibilities.
• Assist with other projects as assigned.
