Job summary

CareSense is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support our local Reading branch. The role involves matching caregivers to clients, scheduling home-based care, solving scheduling issues, and maintaining accurate records.

You will interact with clients, nurses, case managers and the office team to ensure smooth operations. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of related experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in staffing or home health Coordination.
• Excellent phone and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Match caregivers to clients based on needs, availability and scheduling.
• Schedule caregivers for home care and address issues as they arise.
• Staff clients accurately considering location, skills and requests.
• Organize caregiver and client issues (time off, changes, questions).
• Use the care management system to monitor on-time arrival, clock-in/clock-out, logs, and records.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, case managers and office staff.
• Conduct in-home assessments and required calls; complete incident reporting as needed.
