Job summary

CareSense Home Health in Reading, PA is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to grow the agency by increasing referrals while maintaining high patient satisfaction. You will match caregivers to clients, schedule home care, and solve scheduling issues.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and comfort with technology. A high school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience are expected, with a valid driver's license and reliable car.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable car.

Responsibilities

• Match caregivers to clients based on personality, skills, and scheduling needs.
• Schedule caregivers for home care and resolve scheduling issues.
• Staff clients accurately based on location, time, and needs.
• Organize caregiver and client issues, including time off and changes in schedule.
• Use the care management system to monitor on-time arrivals, clock-ins, and logs.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, case managers and office staff.
• Perform in-home assessments and calls as required.
• Complete incident reporting as necessary.
• Obtain documentation by contacting healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with state & federal rules and regulations.
• Handle on-call responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
