Aufgaben

• Match caregivers to clients based on personality, skills, scheduling needs and availability.
• Schedule caregivers for home care and resolve scheduling issues.
• Staff clients accurately by location, time, skills, and requests.
• Organize caregiver and client issues including time off, questions, and availability.
• Use the care management system to monitor on-time arrival, clock-in/out, care logs, and records.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, case managers and office staff.
• Perform in-home assessment visits and calls as required.
• Complete incident reporting as necessary.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers for documentation and information.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal rules and regulations.
