Job summary

Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to coordinate daily schedules for CNAs, PCAs, and participant home care services in line with each plan of care.

You will be the primary contact for participants, caregivers, and staff, work closely with the IDT and Transportation, monitor schedules, resolve conflicts, and document changes accurately in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of scheduling or administrative experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Experience with EHR and scheduling systems preferred.
• Strong communication with participants, caregivers, and staff.
• Able to organize multiple schedules and adjust plans quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain schedules for CNAs and PCAs with IDT approval.
• Ensure participant attendance at Day Center and home care services align with care plans.
• Monitor daily schedules, adjust for emergencies, and communicate changes to leadership.
• Document schedule updates and participant communications accurately in the EHR.
