Job summary

CONFIDENT CARE LLC is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to join our team. You will collect, manage, and report on scheduling information to ensure consistent patient care by coordinating medical and health services.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organized, and possesses excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, assigning clients to clinicians, using cloud-based scheduling software, and maintaining on-call lists for last-minute coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a Home Care Scheduler or similar is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external staffing needs.
• Assign clients to clinicians.
• Use cloud-based scheduling software.
• Maintain on-call and backup staff lists for last-minute coverage.
• Communicate schedule changes to caregivers, managers and clients.
• Assist in hiring, training and managing new staff.
