Job summary

Associated Home Care is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to oversee an assigned group of clients and caregivers, ensuring complete schedules and the highest level of service. You will communicate with clients, families, case managers and staff to maintain continuity of care and adherence to policies and HIPAA regulations.

The ideal candidate has scheduling experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.

Qualifications

• : High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly coordinates schedules for an assigned group of clients and caregivers.
• Problem solves scheduling concerns and questions.
• Coordinate new referrals/intakes, including introduction to services and scheduling.
• Monitors service changes for compliance and accuracy.
• Escalates issues and coordinates with nursing team as needed.
