Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Georgia seeks a Sales Professional to develop and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our home care referrals. This role emphasizes building and maintaining relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, senior facilities, and physicians’ offices through daily in-person visits.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outside sales in health care or senior services, strong presentation and communication skills, and comfort with CRM systems and cold

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales in home care, healthcare, or senior services preferred
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or healthcare-related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plan to meet business development goals
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, facilities, physicians’ offices, etc.
• Complete daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources to generate business leads
• Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance visibility and generate opportunities
