Personal-Touch Home Care is seeking a Home Care Consultant, Sales & Marketing to drive B2B referrals and expand patient care services. You will collaborate with referral sources and implement strategies to meet organizational targets under the Senior VP of Business Development.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, market development, and presenting new programs to facilities and physician offices, with a focus on growth and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare/marketing
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up diligently

Responsibilities

• Builds new and expands relationships with business-to-business customers to drive growth and cross-sell Personal-Touch.
• Provides day-to-day home health care consulting support through contact with facility staff.
• Identifies opportunities and participates in strategy development to meet sales targets.
• Develops annual account plans and updates profiles as needed.
• Prepares and delivers presentations for new programs to facility staff and physician offices.
