Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking a Sales Professional to build and manage a referral network for high-quality home care services. The role focuses on outside sales, meeting referral sources daily, and converting prospects into loyal clients.

The ideal candidate has proven success in health care or senior care sales, strong presentation skills, and the ability to plan targeted outreach. Compensation includes base salary plus bonus/commission based on results.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role in home care, healthcare, or related senior services businesses preferred.
• Knowledgeable about healthcare and senior care industries with usable referral relationships.
• Experience with cold calling and establishing relationships with referral sources.
• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or healthcare-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet business development goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, facilities, and physician offices.
• Conduct daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources to generate leads.
• Plan and organize community marketing events to increase visibility and opportunities.
