Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care RN Case Manager to see patients in their homes in the Mansfield/Norton/Foxborough, MA area.

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• Shorter work weeks considered

The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home Health Aides.
