Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving seeks an office leader to manage recruiting, scheduling, and caregiver training from our Woburn, MA location. You will report to the local Operating Director and play a key role in growing the office and ensuring high-quality client care.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in home care/healthcare and at least one year of supervisory or managerial experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in home care/healthcare is required.
• One year of managerial experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers: interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers.
• Customer service: assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Administration: provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call: rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure shifts are staffed.
