Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager to support the office and scheduling functions. You will lead caregiver recruitment, handle onboarding, and assist with general operations to support the Operating Director.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage after-hours requests while maintaining compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred; may substitute education/experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and terminating caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-call: participate in after-hours calls and schedule changes.
• General office support for the Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: support intakes and client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to visits.
• Compliance: adhere to operating standards and state requirements.
