Cornerstone Caregiving in Peabody, MA is seeking a Recruiting Manager to partner with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director. The role focuses on recruiting, caregiver management, and after-hours coordination to maintain smooth office operations.

You will oversee caregiver hiring, onboarding, and ongoing client service quality while ensuring compliance with state standards and company policies in a fast-paced home care setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience managing sales, customer service, and HR in an office.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and caregiver supervision.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management including hiring and termination.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding weekly.
• On-call after-hours support and schedule changes.
• Provide general office support to the Operating Director.
• Support in-home assessments and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality client service from calls to consultations.
• Adhere to operating standards and compliance.
