Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving seeks an office leader to manage recruiting, scheduling, and caregiver training from our Woburn, MA location. You will report to the local Operating Director and play a key role in growing the office and ensuring high-quality client care.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in home care/healthcare and at least one year of supervisory or managerial experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Cornerstone Caregivingis a non-medical, in-home care company primarily serving seniors. With over 450 offices in just 6 years, we aim to provide the highest quality of care for our clients across 43 different states (and counting). You will be responsible for hiring and training caregivers and managing schedules between clients and caregivers. You will report to our local Operating Director and assist in the growth and management of the office.

Office Location: Woburn, MA (Office Located in Stoneham)
Salary: $52,500
