Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. seeks an in-office Home Care Recruiter to build a robust caregiver pipeline, screen resumes, and coordinate high-volume interviews with hiring managers.

You will conduct interviews across phone, virtual, and in-person formats to ensure timely placements in home care roles. The ideal candidate has at least two years in healthcare recruiting, experience with caregiver roles, knowledge of employment laws, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting required.
• Home care recruiting highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social Media Recruitment experience.
• Experience attending events.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
