Qualifications

• Home care experience in Pennsylvania (required).
• Bachelor's degree preferred; healthcare or customer service experience is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategy across events and referral networks.
• Screen, interview, and onboard candidates who embody our values.
• Launch engagement programs and track performance indicators.
• Design and implement strategies to keep staff, partners, and clients connected.
