Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking a seasoned Business Development marketer to oversee marketing and expansion for our home care services. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and reliable with excellent communication skills and a long-term orientation.

Responsibilities include developing referral sources, building relationships with physicians and case managers, coordinating calendars, and supporting events and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Experience marketing home health services or revenue teams with admin tasks.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and senior living admins.
• Ability to organize marketing plans, events, and community programs to raise company awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain referral sources in the community and build client relationships with professionals.
• Manage calendars and scheduling including in-person client meetings.
• Assist with marketing events and support sales and revenue teams with admin tasks.
• Collaborate with case managers, doctors, and other partners to grow referrals.
