Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking an energetic Business Development marketer to grow our home health referral network and expand market presence in California.

You will build relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and senior living administrators, manage calendar and client meetings, and support revenue teams with marketing events and administrative tasks. A base salary plus residual commissions offers earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Two years of marketing experience in home health or healthcare services preferred.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans to increase referrals.
• Experience coordinating with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and senior living admins is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain referral sources in the community and build client relationships with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and other professionals.
• Calendar management and appointment scheduling, including in-person client meetings.
• Assist with marketing events and support sales and revenue teams with administrative tasks.
