Job summary

A Better Life Homecare, LLC is seeking a Business Growth Manager to identify and develop new referral sources, cultivate relationships with health care providers, and drive census growth for home care services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Springfield, MA, working with clinical and operations teams to align services with market needs.

Qualifications

Analytical skills to interpret market trends and performance data.
Excellent communication to present information to internal teams and external partners.
Sales skills including lead generation, relationship-building, and closing opportunities in health care.
Project management to plan, execute, and monitor growth initiatives and campaigns.
Relevant experience in health care or home care is beneficial.
Ability to build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and community organizations.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
