Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with Medicaid/home care is a plus.
- CHC home care experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by increasing client census.
- Generate referrals from professional sources.
- Engage with healthcare facilities to generate sales for Home Care Staffing.
- Maintain and strengthen existing referral sources.
- Represent the agency professionally in the healthcare community.
- Pursue marketing opportunities in the community.
- Provide compassionate problem resolution to clients and caregivers.
- Educate supports coordination organizations about AmeriBest services.
