Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new referral partners – hospitals, rehab centers, facilities, physician groups, and community organizations.
• Cultivate relationships – on-site visits, Lunch‑and‑Learns, presentations, and events to build trust.
• Educate and position Babette Home Care – explain outcomes and benefits to clients and caregivers.
• Collaborate on marketing – craft brochures, digital content, and slide decks for prospects.
