Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Massachusetts seeks a Community Care Area Sales Manager to expand referral networks and grow Medicare services within senior housing settings. You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and retirement communities to increase agency referrals.

You will monitor service quality through regular calls with referral sources and drive direct marketing to payor sources, aiming to meet or exceed admissions targets set by leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree or equivalent experience base or be a licensed professional.
• Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to interact well with a great diversity of individuals and the ability to organize and execute selling processes.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Agency to physicians, hospitals, senior living communities and health groups to promote Medicare services.
• Enhance account relationships with senior housing environments including Assisted Living and Independent Living facilities.
• Monitor service provision through ongoing quality assurance sales calls with referral sources.
• Direct marketing and sales of Community Care Programs through the Agency and payor sources.
• Meet or exceed admission goals as set by the Division Manager with senior leadership approval.
