Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in business development, sales, or community outreach; healthcare/home-care preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify new referral partners such as hospitals, rehab centers, and physician groups.
• Cultivate relationships through on-site visits, Lunch-and-Learns, and networking events.
• Educate and position solutions to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft brochures, digital content, and slide decks for prospects.
• Track market intel and share insights with leadership.
• Generate and qualify leads using cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and outreach.
• Partner with care coordination to ensure onboarding and satisfaction.
• Log touchpoints in our CRM to keep the team aligned.
• Hit monthly referral, revenue, and growth targets.
