Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through selecting a floor plan, choosing options, and coordinating the construction process. You will demonstrate homes, present features, and drive the sales journey from inquiry to visit.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of relationship-driven sales experience, an understanding of the retail environment, and the ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales experience.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify floor plans, options, and coordinate the construction process.
• Set appointments and convert calls/web leads to visits.
• Demonstrate homes and present features to create added value.
