Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plans, options, and the home building journey in a customer‑first experience. You will coordinate the construction process and help buyers schedule visits while presenting model homes with clear demonstrations of features and benefits.

The ideal candidate will bring relationship-driven sales experience, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship-driven sales preferred.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work Saturdays and show homes.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify floor plan and options.
• Coordinate construction process and schedule.
• Set appointments and follow up with leads.
• Present model homes and demonstrate features.
• Maintain customer files in CRM.
• Merchandising and maintaining model homes.
