Job summary

Clayton Retail is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plan selection, options, and the construction process. You will present homes, demonstrate features, and coordinate visits, ensuring a world-class buying experience.

The role emphasizes relationship‑driven selling, strong communication, and ability to work Saturdays while maintaining professional appearance and teamwork within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify a floor plan and select options.
• Coordinate the construction process and schedule visits.
• Demonstrate display homes and features to buyers.
• Maintain customer files and follow up via CRM system.
• Set appointments from ads and web leads and convert to visits.
