Clayton Homes (New) is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plan selection, options, and coordinating construction to deliver a world-class home buying experience. The role emphasizes relationship building, demonstrations of model homes, and strong follow-up with leads via the CRM system.

A license in manufactured home sales and Saturdays work eligibility are required, with a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Must have strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing and comply with legal requirements.
Customer follow-up and relationship building through CRM to drive sales.
Willingness to learn finance concepts, product and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

Help customers identify a floor plan and options and coordinate construction.
Set appointments and convert ad calls and web leads to visits.
Demonstrate features and benefits of display homes to create added value.
Participate in all sales meetings, training opportunities and company functions.
Merchandise models and assist with inventory and home appearance.
Work in a team environment to achieve sales goals and assist with duties as required.
