You will present homes, set appointments, and follow up with prospects using the company CRM. The position offers a base salary plus commission and opportunities for growth within Clayton Retail.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months of relationship driven B2C sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Willingness to learn and comply with legal requirements.
• Able to walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.
• Criminal background check and drug screening required.
