Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Consultant in North Carolina to guide customers through floor plan selection, options, and the construction process. You will create a world-class home-buying experience by demonstrating features and benefits and coordinating the sales process.

The role offers a $50k base salary plus commission with strong earning potential, training, and access to comprehensive benefits. Must be able to work Saturdays and perform model tours across seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relationship-driven sales experience.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work Saturdays and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate manufactured homes to customers.
• Set appointments via CRM and web leads.
• Merchandise and maintain model homes to attract buyers.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase center traffic.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain customer files.
