The role emphasizes relationship-building, product demonstrations, and effective use of the company CRM to set appointments and follow up with prospects. You’ll join a values-driven team with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales experience.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willing to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify floor plans and options.
• Coordinate construction process and schedule deliveries.
• Demonstrate homes and present features to create value for buyers.
• Set appointments from prospect database and leads.
• Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up.
