Formación

• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance per company policy.
• Ability to perform essential functions including lifting patients and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and identify patient/family needs.
• Coordinate the Plan of Care with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes and safety practices.

Conocimientos

Effective verbal and written communication in English

Experience with EMR/EHR systems

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Educación

Current RN license

Minimum of one year of nursing experience
