Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and meetings as a representative of physical therapy.
• Adheres to treatment schedules and completes timely documentation.
• Collaborates with the rehabilitation team to implement programs for each patient.
• Assists the Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations, and procedures.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in home exercise programs under supervision.
• Maintains accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Maintains and reports condition of equipment as needed.
• Upholds patient-first service in a compassionate setting.
