Job summary

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and staff meetings under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Adheres to treatment schedules and completes timely documentation and billing records.
• Collaborates with rehab team to implement patient-specific programs.
• Assists PT during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
• Educates patients and caregivers on therapy techniques under supervision.
• Maintains accurate documentation for all treated patients.
• Reports equipment needs and ensures a safe, clean workspace.
• Delivers patient-centered care in home settings and maintains patient-first service.
