Powerback Rehabilitation To You is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in home-based settings for older adults in Westfield, MA. Qualifications

• Must have a valid PTA license in the state of practice.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patients’ residences.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and staff conferences as a representative of physical therapy under the supervision of the PT.
• Adheres to department and patient treatment schedules and completes timely clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborates with rehabilitation team to implement programs aligned with patient needs and capabilities.
• Assists the PT during tests, evaluations, and complex procedures.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in skills and techniques of the PT program.
