Optimal Care is seeking a Physician Services physician to deliver advanced primary and specialty care to geriatric and medically complex patients, often in their homes or care settings, with autonomy to provide thoughtful, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with unrestricted state license to practice medicine.
• Board certification in family practice, internal medicine, geriatric or palliative care.
• Valid driver's license and valid automobile insurance coverage.
