THERAPY 2000 is a mission‑driven home‑based pediatric therapy provider serving Texas families since 2000. We seek a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver evaluations and treatment in the child’s natural environment, collaborating with families and clinicians for comprehensive care.

You will develop individualized plans, coordinate with physicians and other providers, and ensure timely documentation while meeting regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current active Speech Language Pathology license in Texas.
• Innovative, reliable, and flexible in shifting priorities.
• Proficient with common workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
• Create home exercise programs in partnership with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care for patients.
• Meet weekly patient visit targets and complete chart documentation on time.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
