THERAPY 2000 is actively seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-based services across Texas. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy, collaborating with families and care teams to support each child’s growth and goals.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and use of common tech tools to coordinate care and ensure high-quality patient outcomes for children in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit with reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources based on business needs.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
• Meet minimum patient visit requirements weekly and complete chart updates.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and laws.
