Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is a mission-driven team delivering pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy to Texas families in home-based settings, dedicated to compassionate care and child growth. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy within the child’s home environment, coordinating with families and physicians.

We seek a Texas-licensed SLP with reliability, flexibility, and tech proficiency.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP license required.
• Innovative, reliable professional with proactive mindset.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Coordinate care between providers and disciplines in the patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly and ensure chart updates.
• Meet deadlines for documentation and reporting required by the agency.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws for home-health pediatric SLP.
