Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license is required.
• 3+ years of pediatric speech-language pathology experience is preferred.
• Home-health experience and/or feeding therapy certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric speech therapy evaluations using standardized assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet weekly visit targets and document progress and notes.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
