Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based pediatric therapy in Texas. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and partner with families to support progress in daily life.

Responsibilities include coordinating with a care team, visiting patients regularly, and documenting progress while adhering to regulatory standards and agency guidelines.

Qualifications

• License to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas is required.
• Reliability and an innovative spirit are essential.
• Flexible to shift resources/priorities as business needs change.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet required weekly patient visits and complete chart updates on time.
• Adhere to agency policies, ethics, and laws governing home-health pediatrics.
