THERAPY 2000 in Texas is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver home-based pediatric therapy. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor children, collaborating with families and physicians to tailor plans.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP license required.
• Demonstrated reliability and innovative mindset.
• Flexibility to shift priorities as needed.
• Ability to use standard workplace tech (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Complete minimum patient visits weekly as required.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and other paperwork.
• Maintain understanding of expectations and standards for high-quality patient care.
• Comply with all laws and guidelines for home-health pediatric SLP.
