THERAPY 2000 in Texas delivers home-based pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services tailored to each child’s needs. You will help children grow and reach their fullest potential in the comfort of their homes, within a mission-driven team that values clinical excellence and collaboration.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with families and providers.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathology license.
• Innovative spirit and reliability.
• Flexibility to adapt to business needs.
• Ability to use common workplace technology.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Meet weekly patient visit minimums as required.
• Complete chart updates and progress summaries on schedule.
• Maintain understanding of expectations and standards for high-quality care.
• Adhere to agency policies and laws.
