Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based pediatric therapy across Texas families, delivering evalu­ations and tailored treatment plans. You will coordinate care with physicians and caregivers, ensuring high-quality, compassionate services in children’s familiar environments.

Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit with a history of reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate patient care.
• Meet a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Complete patient chart updates, summaries, and logs in a timely manner.
• Engage with agency personnel to align on expectations and standards for quality care.
• Adhere to agency policies, rules, and applicable laws for home-health pediatric SLP.
