You will provide home and community-based services, partner with caregivers, and implement IFSP goals within a transdisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Knowledge of infant/toddler development and typical milestones.
• Experience with children aged 0–5 years.
• Open-minded and culturally competent with diverse families.
• Professional and well-organized with strong communication.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with home visiting.
